Stoneground Sifted White Wheat flour from our December 2019 harvest. This Lancer wheat has been sustainably grown on our farm in Forbes, NSW, machine cleaned and is freshly milled to order using a traditional stone mill. Our sifted white flour still includes the whole of the grain, however approximately 30% of the coarsest bran is sifted out to make a lighter, whiter flour.
The sifted white flour from our 2019 harvest has a protein profile of 13.6%.
Our flour is 100% pure wheat flour with no additives or preservatives.
Our flour will last up to 6 months from the milling date (which is usually within a week of your order date), but you can store it sealed and in the fridge or freezer to prolong its freshness.
